McAuley Community Services a Melbourne based Not for Profit organisation that provides accommodation, support and a voice for women and children who are facing homelessness, resulting primarily from family violence and mental illness. McAuley recently implemented a new accounting software solution developed by Arrow Research Corporation known as Tencia.

McAuley were specifically looking for greater flexibility in the area of cost centre reporting and Tencia has delivered a software solution that was able to meet and exceed their expectations.

Tencia which is Arrow’s flagship product is a modern new accounting software package that is easy to use and has great features. “The installation of Tencia and Crystal Reports was straightforward and the accounting system was up and running quickly with minimal downtime. The training provided by our Arrow Business Partner was excellent. Our staff members were trained in the morning and were entering live data by the afternoon.
