InTouch'06 Review

InTouch'06 National Seminar Program...Momentum keeps increasing for InTouch with registrations and attendance numbers for 2006 up by 80% on previous years.

The seminar program delivered at all 8 InTouch'06 seminars was comprehensive and innovative. 

In Summary the program delivered practical "hints & tips' on our solutions focusing on our flagship product Arrow Financials. This session was incorporated due to direct feedback from our previous InTouch event.  Many of the "hints & tips" previewed are detailed within the FAQ page of the ESP member section of our website.

Next on the program was a preview of a comprehensive Business Intelligence Toolset available to Arrow SQL sites, delivering to business real time data analysis and monitoring.  ArrowBI incorporates graphical dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators and analytical reports. The business intelligence tools available with ArrowBI use multi dimensional reporting interfaces that are very visual and simple to use.

To close the sessions we unveiled our connected business solution named Tencia. When considering future requirements it was realised the need to develop a new architecture that reflects the Internet driven 24/7 online world. The Tencia product is a result of these considerations.  It has been designed to take the best of Visual Arrow and incorporate it into a web service based system utilising Extensible Markup Language (XML) and a Microsoft SQL database within Microsoft's DotNet framework.

Tencia will deliver to business a new dimension of business connectivity, interoperability and agility.
